GENERAL INFORMATION Facilities Thalasso Bali is up grading menu and product for your wellness and beauty. Standard and tailor made programs are available from many kinds of Thalasso therapy, Indonesian and other Asian traditional including Indian ayurveda therapy with selected natural products. All treatment rooms have different theme and atmospheric lighting effects to indulge your senses. All therapists are French trained Hydro therapist and masseur. Operational Hours and Check in The Thalasso Bali operates daily from09:00am until 11:00pm (extended hours can be arranged but must be booked in advance with minimum of 10 persons). Also some Thalasso massage service is available at Grand Mirage Resort's guest room daily from 5:00pm until 11:00pm. Please check in at the Thalasso reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, late arrival will be subject to reduced treatment time. Amenities and Valuables Wide range of amenities and toiletries are provided in the changing rooms and locker areas. For your treatment we ask that you disrobe completely within the privacy of your treatment room. Disposable Thalasso wear, robe, bag, and slipper are available for you in your respective locker. Please bring your own swimwear for use in the Aquamedic Pool. We request that no jewelry be worn during your visit or treatment in Thalasso Bali. The Thalasso Bali accepts no responsibility for the safety for money and valuables of any kind brought on to the premises. Thalasso Etiquette and Children Policy In order to receive the most relaxing treatments we respectfully request that all mobile phone, pagers, electronic devices and other valuables are left in your room safe. And Children under 12 years old are restricted to accessing the Thalasso Bali Center area. Menstrual Cycle and Pregnancy Ladies in their cycle are kindly requested not to use the Aquamedic Pool. If you are pregnant, you may want to avoid treatment using deep pressure and please inform our reception of your condition upon requesting the treatment, enbeling us to assist you in selecting the treatments most appropriate. THALASSO MENU TREATMENTS I. Thalasso Therapy & Hydrotherapy Aquamedic Pool (60 minutes / 120minutes) Experience the sensation of plunging into a 100% pure seawater pool heated to 38 degrees with a water station massage and exercise bar. This reduces excess cellulite and improves your muscle tone, flexibility and circulation through a series of aquatic leg exercises. Feel the force of the sea massaging your feet, lower back and shoulders under jet streams and pounding waterfalls or simply relax on an underwater bed as micro jets revive your body with an effervescent massage. Seaweed Deluxe Hydro Bath (25 minutes) A computerized jet bath of pure seawater and seaweed for total relaxation and skin moisturizing. Balneotherapy (25 minutes) Close your eyes and unwind as you lie back in a uniquely designed seawater bath. Our specially trained hydro therapist will direct an underwater jet massage to specific parts of the body to help tone muscles and stimulate deep relaxation. Great Shower (15 minutes) A bracing hydro massage awakens your entire body, leaving you refreshed, energized and ready to face another day. The warmth and power of the jet stream reduces both tension and cellulite to invigorate your skin and energize your spirit. Aerosol Marine (15 minutes) Cleanses the respiratory system with an ionic seawater mist. Improves breathing problems caused by smoking and asthma. Pediluve (90 minutes) Start with a Deluxe Bubble Foot Bath by dipping your feet into gently bubbling water and let the tensions of the land drift away. A dual tub, specially designed to revive your feet and legs, is filled on either side with warm and cool seawater respectively. The bubbles and changes in temperature improve blood circulation while peacefully relaxing your mind, body and soul. A soothing scrub will remove rough skin and give feet a new lease of life. Then, polishing your foot to take out smell and dead skin.
A soothing balm that leaves your hands and arms floating above the waves, as smooth as silk and as light as air. A scrub, followed by a seaweed hand massage, cleanses, softens and moisturizes the skin.
Start with an aromatic serum facial massage, and front massage. Aromatherapy Balinese Massage (55 minutes / 85 minutes) Aromatherapy Balinese massage uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure and Thalasso Original blended aromatherapy massage oil to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and energy around your body, and bring deep relaxation and wellness. This massage works deeply to soothe damaged tissue, and relieve strained muscles and joint pain. The boost to your circulation will help reduce stress and rebalanced your body. Lymphatic Drainage Massage (55 minutes / 85 minutes) This therapeutic massage focuses on the lymph nodes to relive medical problems. The 85 minute treatment is combined with a Lymphatic Drainage Manual Massage and Pressotherapy whereby compressed air is used to improve the circulation throughout your feet and legs. Sea Mineral Detoxifying Massage (55 minutes) Using a French technique with salty aromatherapy oil, this massage has a detoxifying effect and leaves the skin with a healthy glow. Thermo Effective Slimming Massage (55 minutes) This Lymphatic Drainage Massage technique uses anti cellulite oil with heat gel, followed slimming icy cool gel to problem area of the body to burn cellulite. Thalasso Aromatherapy Foot Works has been designed to help you walk with a new holiday spirit. It is available at the long chair at the Aquamedic Pool area, which is our prime location.
This treatment is a combination of a manual Aromatherapy Foot Massage and a Pressotherapy machine treatment. It begins with a seawater foot wash to relax and refresh the feet continuing with an aromatherapy foot massage and a computerized pressure massage. This treatment uses compressed air to improve the circulation throughout your feet and legs. Your therapist will perform a shoulder massage during Pressotherapy.
III. Body Exfoliation Body Exfoliation (55 minutes) Exfoliates and cleans the skin better than soaps or cleansers. Removes dull, dead skin cells to reveal a younger skin layer.
